Wouldnt be the mills without dumb stuff like that happening. Get that all the time over here trying to fill for crew guys who are on vacation. They always wait til last minute too

Atleast you get overtime . When we have someone on vacation at my mill they fill the vacancy with a utility position . But the union is taking it to arbitration since they shouldn't be doing that per our contract, but the company feels they can.

Will be glad when the construction of RT 130 and County Line Road gets done. Another month to go and hope it will be finished early.

You and me both that was the fastest route to Valpo for me..... Now I have to go down I65 to 30 and across... I would go 49 but last time on there it was one lane because of construction...
