    Did you have to get permits for that work? Just curious.

    I always appreciate a good rehab photo documentation. Having done a few myself, it amazes me what a small amount of work can do to improve even the worst locations.

    We definitely did, although it is still considered a remodel we had to jump through several hoops before we started

    Who cares about the moving party. You missed all the 1911 talk and coonfingering. Allen opened up the safe and 1911's were being passed around. :rockwoot:

    Thats the part I am talking about.....heck with the labor We would have helped with that for sure BUT.... I want to touch some 1911's..................:laugh:

    That is amazing. I remember when I was a kid I use to hang out in that building. Amazing how that floor was held up. Seems like I remember that building once being a grain store/ stove shop.....is that the building? You going back with wood floor or concrete? Looks nice.....bet your contractor loves you....nothing like gutting and starting over, when budget allows.
