    I didn't taken pix.

I am home and we all had a good time. I met some new folks and some folks I knew and did some shooting and had a good time.

Sorry I didnt get a chance to chat with you. I got there late, gut busy, then when I went to talk to you I found out you left early. Glad to see you up and around.

It was a great time. Don was very complimentary of the group, noting we followed the rules, took care of the place, and left it as clean as we found it. We have been invited back and Don suggested a spring event. He said he may even run multiple shoot houses next year.

If you liked the place and need a place to shoot, its by far the best value in the state. I recommend you join up. (Memberships are between $10 and $50 a year)

I think I will join up. I like the place. It is 1 hr and 10 minutes out for us. Not a bad roll for that much fun.

I had a great time! It's been hard to find a ton of time lately to get out and go so I was more than happy to be there! The wife had lots of good things to say on the way home as well... Plus I think after shooting Allen's krink she is wanting to chase a project down soon ;) Don you were awesome as always thank you!

I am sorry I disrupted your spotting process. Those 2 rifles are obnoxious to bystanders (sitters :))

    Good to meet you sir.

    Bully. :):

Same for me. But the cost is too good to pass up. MCFG or other closer are more expensive, and more restrictive. (no drawing, no centerfire rifle, etc)

Granted I might have a different opinion if I shoot every week/month or so. But alas I dont. But I like the feeling of shooting I had as a kid. Set up a target in a safe direction and let er rip. Do it safely with no hyper RSO standing over my shoulder judging me for perceived offenses.

It was fun, had a good time. Met with MgDerf and we shot our 327FMs. Was a great time, left early because my back started bothering me. No worries Cameramonkey, we said hello and that is good enough for the day we had. I hope some of the rest of you come out the next time. Don does a good job there and it is a great place to shoot. It is the range I use all year and I love it there.

Thanks to all and especially to Don. :ingo:

MCF&G is becoming restrictive but that can be tracked to the group of "Idiots" that have done some seriously stupid **** there. Realize you are surrounded by humanity and next to 2 major roads and act accordingly.
I am no fan of some of the new rules but again.....idiots are the cause. I will remain a member due to convenience and it being an outdoor facility. I just really do not like indoor range's. They serve a purpose. Just not my 1st choice.

If I go north from 40 to the stop. I cannot turn left and west.

If you go north from 40 to the stop on 59, you are facing north, just like looking at the map. Left is west, just like the left coast is the home of Nancy and the California flakes.
