Is there a minimum head count where we reschedule or are we on no matter what?

If it gets attendance up, I'm planning on bringing a door prize.

I think we should be able to have 10-12 folks shooting at one time. That is dependent on how many members Glueman can get to attend.

    As for dinner, no limit.

The range has 10 lanes so I’d need 5 members to attend including myself to get get 10 shooting at once. We can rotate out so everyone gets a turn to shoot.

Big Tanker can you tally up the numbers and edit post 1 with a running total for shooting and dinner so I can make sure we are covered for both places?

Elkhart Rifle & Pistol Club Link to the rules

I sent a message to the ERPC BOD about our proposed date and time.
I asked for 3:00-6:00pm This would give time to go over the rules, sign the waiver and with clean up time give us at least 2 hours of pew pew time.
There is a $5 fee for Guest to use the range.

I will follow up once I get the ok from the BOD.

I also spoke with the Manager at Callahan's. She asked that I give her a good headcount of people attending so she can make sure she has wait staff and keeps an open area in the back for us to sit as close together as the Rona Rules allow. Right now I think 10 max per table.

I just want to make sure I got this right.
3-6 pm at the range, cost $5 (Sunday)
    then off to dinner.

    Do i have that right?

    If so, then I'm in.
