Rustoleum Camo paint. Khaki base coat, layered Grey, Black, and Brown then dusted with the Khaki while the top coat was still wet. Went back and added small Brown and White accents. I then let it fully harden for 2 weeks. It's the process I always use, and it's held up just fine.

PIC THREAD: I guess a DMR can be posted here.

To me, as long as the rifle is not made in China or other third world country, it could be used as a sniper rifle. If you could hit a deer at 1,000 yard. You'd hit a man too. You just need to understand the drop, the wind, and have a good breathing. Mine is just a stock Remy 700 BDL chambered for 30-06.

Methinks a lot more precision rifles capable of genuine sub MOA groups will be in the hands of shooters over the next few years given the advent of items like Ruger's American Rifle and similar bargain-priced models from Marlin and Savage.

Just curious whats considered a sniper or precison rifle?

A sniper rifle is a rifle used by a sniper...either LEO or 0317/8541 or 11B.

A precision rifle is "sniper-looking", can be semi-auto or bolt gun, and is generally denoted by the following:

Mid to high-power optic with ranging reticle
    Heavier contour barrel
    Moderate weight (10-16lb)
MOA or better accuracy out to and even beyond effective range of cartridge

They often also have detachable magazines, adjustable cheekpieces, composite stocks, etc.
