My thing is the "CONTACT SELLER" block on ARMSLIST that contacts nothing.

It should send an email to the seller. I've sold a few guns on Armslist, and it has always worked for me. I don't put my phone number in the ad.

I prefer to sell here, but I've been able to sell stuff on Armslist that didn't get a nibble on INGO.

Are people willing to pay a price higher than retail to avoid having the firearm registered to their name?

To answer this point directly: I am. Or at least I'm willing to pay full retail for a practically new gun vs. a 4473 for a literally new one, plus I save the sales tax. To be fair, the times I've done this have been with close personal friends who I knew bought them new a few weeks or months ago and just wanted something else (one friend in particular does this almost monthly with guns AND cars.. I've bought 3 of his cars too). So... I'm not trying to be chump bait, but if I want it anyhow, it's the same price as the store LESS sales tax, and it's had a mag or two through it? I'm game.

    I wouldn't say I'd pay MORE though...

People seem to over price. My stuff is worth it's weight in gold. But will take less. What is that. Price it right the first time and sell it. Please people go to your FFL. I am not one but use one. Always split the cost works out fine.
