    I like the 6.5 dot on my RMR better than the small dot on the Holosun. My eyes are a tired 57 years old and the bigger dot works better for me.

    What I've found to be more important than size is intensity of the color, and the shape of the glass. My burris dot isn't very bright-not like it's turned down, more like the red is dull. Also, I like the wider shape of the sig romeo or the venom. As for dot, bigger is faster but I haven't found dot size to be the number one criteria in which dot I like best. I also like shake awake feature, and suppressor height sights as backup just in case the dot doesn't work.

    I took a crack at getting an in focus picture of my 3.25moa RMR. May help with context, I don't know.

    The picture does accurately represent the dot size though. It took a few tries.

    If you have an astigmatism, smaller dots will look bigger and bright will be too bright. I turn my brightness way down.
