    Could be anywhere
If they come to tie your hands behind your back it's already way too late.

It always amazed me to look at paintings and pictures of the people throughout history walking to their deaths (or worse and than death and then death too) and not putting up a fight. They are told to kneel and face the pit of dead people shot in the back of the head and they do...I don't get it.

If they are going to kill you anyway why not fight. History does not record the names of the faceless victims; fight every battle as though it will be your last because one day it will be.

Also, never give up your guns or ammo. If you do they will be back next month to tie your hands behind your back. History provides many examples, the tyrants will never be satisfied with disarmament; that is just the beginning of a very bad end.

These words (truth) of wisdom fall oh deaf ears. The mindless minions of the MSM and SM have been conditioned and are fat for the slaughter I fear.

What do you think social media and MSM already is?
Evolve it one step further and you have re-education camps in a more literal and classical sense.

C'mon. We're more than just one step away. A lot more would have to happen before people are forced to go into re-education camps. I'm kinda astonished that we're having this conversation. You guys need to lay off the propaganda if you think the very next step is that.

C'mon man! We never thought we would be where we are today! Slowly, very slowly the propaganda becomes reality. If we think about it today, know that it has been thought of years ago......and delicately planned for tomorrow. Every step we make, "the propaganda" becomes closer, becomes reality.

What you are denying is actually happening right now! Cancel Culture, tearing down statues, teacher indoctrination, socialists elected to congress.....the list is long.

    It's here.

    Cancelled, isolated, THEN re-educated.

No money, no voice, no outlet.

    Conform or be ostracized.

Conform or be relegated to the fringes of society. There you are more easily identified, tracked and targeted.

    Will re-education happen tomorrow?

It has already started. Government, Corporate, and Institutional re-education has been going on for decades.

Will people be shipped off to "camps"?

Not any time soon. Your "camp" might just be your dwelling, unable to participate in the larger world. Maybe this will be fine with you. It will be fine with them.

Is it worthwhile to be aware that a large part of society is turning against you, your opinion, and your beliefs?

D*mn skippy straight! (Of course it is)

Should we risk underestimating those who label us as enemies for the sake of not being called paranoid?

History should be our guide. Our present course should inform our vision of the future.

What you describe is just the physical march to the end. The "reeducation" already had executed the the will...

Nobody here legitimately believes that re-education camps are THE next step. The fact that they are even being discussed as a legitimate possibility by the left not more than 75 years after the world defeated true fascism is what drives the concern.

Over the last 12 years, regular Americans have been derided, chastised, insulted, ignored, and victimized by elements of the government and one specific political party. All American’s rights have been systematically stripped, our activities have been monitored and controlled, our speech has been censored and our overall behavior has been steered into one of two camps: conformity or non-conformity.

Either you conform with their narrative, or you don’t. It’s that simple. They say “unity” but they don’t want true unity. They’re demanding conformity. There is a difference.

What you call propaganda, I call intelligence. Sure, some of it doesn’t pan out, but there’s an element of truth in all of it, whether it comes from the right or the left. It’s our job to discern its validity.

Back that train up to the station - no one on the left is discussing them as a possible good thing. People are right are discussing it because they like to yell "Wolverines!", not because there's any indication that it could be a possible without an incredible chain of events leading to it.

A very low level DNC party member used the word "reeducate". It was a poor choice of wording, and will likely ensure that his political career has hit its zenith.

Right wing op-ed sites and Tweeters jumped at the chance to use this as another opportunity to rally their readership with false claims about camps. Thus, demonizing and dehumanizing the opposition.

I think we're getting hung up on "one step" here as if it's a tiny step.

Really there are only 2 steps in the process as demonstrated throughout human history.

Step 1: Talk about doing it. ( < we are here)
    Step 2: Doing it.

    There really isn't a step 1,a 1,b 1,c here.

You and I apparently have different interpretations of what people say and what their intention is. When any group of people feel so emboldened by any feeling of strength or superiority that they introduce implementing fascistic goals into the conversation, then the train HAS left the station. Whether camps are actually attainable or not is not the question. The fact that elected officials actually had the conversation and went so far as to create a “list” (the Trump Accountability Project) is cause for concern. It’s not the right that is demonizing and dehumanizing the opposition; we just want to be left alone. They came out swinging for us with the word “sycophants”.

I'm not saying that we're headed in a right direction. We're not. But we're not really all that close here either. I think a lot of you guys are getting some news primarily from one source and it's got you all convinced that we're all but there.

Just because I'm critical of that theory does not mean that I must be taking the complete opposite point of view, or "denying" what IS happening. I'm quite aware of cancel culture. I'm quite aware of what happened with BLM and Antifa, and tearing down cultural norms, which is a part of CRT. It's when people start asserting things that just aren't true that I start saying stuff. Some things are here. Not everything is here. That's way more accurate than saying "it's here".

And just so that we're clear on the subject, "IT" is "reeducation camps". Just because one bat **** crazy person who represents all the bat **** crazy left says something that bat **** crazy people say, that "IT" is hear. It's so far in the wet dream stage. It's what they want. It's not what's here now. Or even the very next step.

Propaganda is biased/misleading information used to influence belief.

Some people have used language that asserts that it's either the next step or it's now. You guys often site some sources that are very questionable. I read those sites and much of the information is indeed biased or misleading, and there's no doubt about what they're wanting their readers to believe. I would just like to urge caution. When you identify with a side you're a lot more susceptible to believe information just because it comes from your side. Right wing is going off the rails right now. I mean the **** with the election that some of you guys believe is astonishing. I'm still waiting for legit Kraken to show up.
