I guess anything can happen once. I have to agree with lovemachine on this one.
I have had both the G19 and M&P9c. And was able to conceal both very easily.
There seems to be some confusion between regular and compact. Probably because Glock calls there G19 compact, when it is basically full size right?
The G19 (15 rounds) is like a M&P9 (17 rounds) and the Glock 26 (10 rounds) is like the M&P9C (12 rounds).
Personally I have the M&P 9c for these reasons;
I like the trigger better.
I liked the ergonomics better.
I am a skinny ass and the Glock 19 is slightly bigger, thus harder for me to conceal.
All of those are very subjective, but M&P or Glock you can't go wrong IMO.
I have about a couple thousand rounds through my M&P compact and have had zero failures. I trust it will work when my life may depend on it.

You like the trigger better?
You're one of the few that likes that trigger better, unless you have the Apex kit...
Yup. I know that many like the trigger better on the Glock but maybe it's because it is one that I'm more familiar with. Nope, don't have the apex trigger on it either. I will say that when I first got the gun the trigger was a bit gritty feeling but after a couple hundred rounds it smoothed out. I don't ever plan on getting the Apex trigger either. I see it as one of those things that I would rather spend the money on ammo or training to make me a better shooter and think that will make me more accurate than the Apex trigger.
