Agree, but our society used to be more willing to deal with it back in the day...not as much emphasis on "reform" as we have now.

He's a God-legend on the street, fo' shizzle. In just over a week, he knocked over a gun store and since he apparently could not get any range time to himself he then shot one guy in a public place, capped another and then survived a "critical" GSW to his neck. And enablers everywhere are crying that the system failed him. Failed HIM?! I'd say the system failed US. SMDH....
