Ok. So not just everyone knows how to write a good detailed sales ad, or spell. BFD. Compared to craigslist and armslist, most members here are at least tolerable in writing abilities.
The previous mentioned two are eye opening.
Also, here nobody tries to trade you their kids old shoes for a custom 1911 so there's always that to consider :)

Supposably/Supposibly instead of the the correct Supposedly

Their, there, and they're are used interchangeably
    Their - shows possession
There - in, at, or to a specific place
They're - contraction of They are

    To - Preposition indicating motion
Too - in addition, to higher degree
    Two - the number
(All of which are also used interchangeably)

    Tho instead of Though
    Thru instead of Through

's or s' to denote plural. Apostrophes are used for possession or in contractions.

These are some of the more egregious to me, as they are very easy to avoid. I have a grammar handout. Is there a way to attach a PDF????

The folks who bump an ad asking a question that is clearly answered in the original classified are one of my pet peeves. When I see that, I look to see if the original post was edited after the question was asked to incorporate the answer (which is the correct way to do it) and many times it was not. Now, I can see how things can be missed depending on the size of screen one is using. However, if you are going to bump an actual ad by asking a question of the OP and not do it in a PM, maybe a second read is worth the effort.

That said, INGO has spoiled me. I have come to expect such good moderation and content, etc that many other forums seem like a waste of time.

I understand that the English language has many nuances and can be difficult so I overlook most punctuation and spelling errors but the run on sentence that becomes a long mess of a paragraph so that you have to re-read it a few times to try to understand what is being conveyed really gets my goat This usually isn't a problem in the classifieds I'm just taking this opportunity to complain about General posts

Let's not get started on "general" posts.

For some real entertainment, read some of these posts to your local FB group like Paoli Talks. Holy cow! Sometimes I just pity these folks.
