    Two70 is correct. A large percentage of what is passed off as a breaded tenderloin are fritters. The only "hand pounding" most of them get is to separate two of them which are frozen together.

    The best I've had lately is at Sarah Fisher's 1911 Grill on Main St. in Speedway. Ain't no skinny fritter!

    I need to check them out then. We usually end up at Grindstone Charlies in Speedway. Decent enough but always up for options.
