What is the trick to size/resize the images? That pic was way to big.

Imgur actually has some nice basic edit functions. Upload the picture, then select edit from the upper right corner of the image. You can crop, resize and a couple of other functions. Personally, I always shrink pictures to about 600 pixels or less for a reasonable size and to help phone users with limited bandwidth.
