Unless there was an absolute 180 switch in the behavior of the man on the ground in the small bit of video we didn't get I can see no way to defend the officer. I'm very thankful an innocent man wasn't killed, and I hope he gets cut a healthy paycheck. This can not be good for the autistic person he was caring for to have witnessed.
