CBS News caught lying with their CoronaVirus coverage again. This time they were doing a story about the high demand for drive through testing at sites in Michigan. When they got there there it was pretty slow, so employees of the health system got in their cars and pretended to be people waiting to get tested.
Project Veritas busted them on it.

Well, history is written by the winner. So it largely depends on who's writing the history. But I think a fair history would say that it was a good decision because it upheld the law. It helped, it upheld the standards of the Department of Justice, and it undid what was an injustice.
