I guess if you're going to go Anti-American/Anti-Capitalist/Socialist, you might as well go all the way.

More accurate headline: "I tried to vote in Tennessee when I'm registered to vote in Georgia and they wouldn't let me, and now I'm a victim."

    Old, but relevant to today.

    This is just outright false.

Try sitting in on a leadership meeting with the DNC, and suggest they should be against open borders. See what happens.

Why can’t they own their ideas? If they’re all that great, why not proclaim them? Why lie about them? Probably because Trump said something and the press has to say it’s untrue. And it’s not like there’s a shortage of untrue things said by this president. But lying about what you believe just so you can make Trump wrong, is definitely an artifact of TDS.

    Here's one:

CNN's Jim Accostya (see what I .....) had his press pass revoked because of tough questions.
(Of course this is BS. They were revoked because he essentially committed battery on video)

Ehhh... let's not exaggerate. CNN says he did nothing, the "right" almost says he shattered her wrist.

He barely touched her. He shouldn't have done anything. Saying "battery" sounds a bit silly.

Oh, it WAS battery at least by Indiana law. (DC Law below as well) IMAGINE if Trump did the same to a female reporter shoving a mic in his face........or if say someone made an allegation like this against a Trump person during the campaign.......(This actually happened but video exonprated the dude)

Methinks the silly may be on the other foot. Please see below:

Indiana Battery Law & Penalties. Generally, battery is considered a Class B Misdemeanor. This level of criminal offense carries up to 180 days in jail and fines up to $1,000. If you are accused of knowingly or intentionally touching anyone in a manner that is rude, angry, or insolent, you could face this battery charge ...

There are many different types of assault charges in Washington, DC which an individual can be charged with based on the specific facts and circumstances of the allegations. Most commonly, prosecutors charge the misdemeanor of simple assault in situations where there are minimal injuries or potentially no injuries to either party in situations where no weapons are involved. To learn more about what type of assault you may be facing and the associated penalties, schedule a consultation with a DC assault lawyer today.
    Difference Between Assault and Battery

Under DC law, the crime of assault does not require an actual battery. The term battery is used when there is actual physical contact between two people.
Under DC law, there is no crime called battery. One way that a person can be charged with an assault is through an attempted battery, meaning a person injured or attempted to injure another individual through the intentional application of force or violence. Even in a situation where that attempt does not successfully result in physical contact, the attempted physical contact is sufficient for prosecutors to prove an assault.

... Right. And trying to label something using technicalities and the letter of the law instead of common sense is where this gets silly.

No person in that room, including the aide, would call that "battery"

I think it's far more important to recognize that Acosta is a rude douche hack that wants to be the news. He craves attention, and he will benefit greatly from this event.

WaPo now saying Acosta should sue the president, and "America should shun Sanders."

    Alright then.

I mean, it would give him even more attention, so I could see that as something he'd do.
