Actually, I have to give him credit. His portraits are very good. the characters very life like. His back grounds are very detailed and probably take a lot of work. That is his style.

The woman who did the Michelle portrait on the other hand seems to be more of an impressionist looking at her prior work. Not a bad artist if you like that, but not a portraitist.

    Could be anywhere
Must have been Kathy Griffin's inspiration...

Either way, those are some sick people. Mr. Artist, I would like you to paint a picture of me slaughtering various minorities. Like that would go over well.

I looked at other paintings by the artist who did Barack and they followed the same theme of a very cluttered background with the person somewhere coming out of the mess.

Not the ugliest pieces of art I've ever seen. I just don't get why some "artists" go out of their ways to make things so visually unappealing. But that's me. I wouldn't have known that was a likeness of MO without context. That's pitiful.

If he'd leave out the distraction of the people, he might be a pretty good wallpaper designer

I haven't "studied" art, but I know a bit and appreciate some of the impressionists. I enjoy Monet, Manet, even Dali, but they were not known for portraiture. Walking through the national art gallery in the wrong direction, as I walked into a certain room, I was very impressed by the portraits. Being young and at the beginning of my journey, I did not recognize the artist. As i exited the room I turned around to read the sign. Rembrandt van Rijn.
