We set up our Indy cars just like that. Made our own level pad. Water column gauges and string bars. 4ft levels and Steel rulers and a good solid eye. Plumb bobs are irreplaceable.

Absolutely. My garage floor isn't level so we made stands 18" tall with adjustable feet and use levels and flat stock to get a nice level spot to set up the car.

Any idea how the Hemi's hold up? The trans for 2012? And since it's a police cruiser, are parts the same or at least available from non-dealer places? I think I heard that the Dodge cop cars have Dodge only parts.
