Even with the medicine, it hurt. First time since Saturday Iwas able to get out of bed.
Had to get a doc excuse for work.
And refills on med.

Try tripping over a fire extinguisher, fall backwards, slam spine into metal doorway, twist spine in 7 spots, pinch nerves at neck to spine interface, and herniate disc at the tail area.

It's been 29 years of pain for me.
Most days, no meds.
But I haven't been able to move for a few days.
