Just out of curiosity, there are oil fields in Syria. So, am I wrong to believe that those fields belong to the Syrian government? So, if oil fields in Syria belong to Syria, why are we protecting them (per the president), and if we plan on taking any of that oil, why isn't that theft?

Inflamed, as in the list of seven countries?
The sad and sorry fact of the matter is that the research concerning the matter published in the 1950s by William Guy Carr has been validated by what we're doing.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together?

It won't be nearly as difficult as you think. If we've kept India and Pakistan from wiping each other off the map, how difficult do you think it will be to convince a state that's highly dependent on Russia (Syria), and another who is falling out of favor with NATO, in line?

Why would Russia do that? Putin has pegged his entire economy on.... oil. A turbulent Middle East is good for business, and good for Russia.
Which is it Kut? Is Russia going to easily keep the peace or are they going to stoke the fires and make more "turbulence"? You can't have it both ways.

I for one am happy that our young soldiers aren't in harms way there anymore. If the Russians want to spend money and lives on it, that is their problem.

It's BOTH. Putin is easily the smartest head of state on the planet. He can keep things from spinning out of control, while at the same time keep enough "stuff" going, that the world media will lament the treatment of the people in the region. His only concern is keeping Syria and Turkey from getting into it, domestic turmoil? He's be all about that.

Turkey and Syria have little to no impact on the price of oil, so I am not really sure what you think he is gaining. It isn't like you are talking about Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Iraq.

Theft = taking someone’s stuff without permission!

Taking someone’s stuff and possibly killing them, destroying roads, buildings, bridges, water sources, electricity and do not forget about locking them up indefinitely with no trial.

This behavior is perfectly acceptable if you have a flag on your shoulder (insert country of choice).
The only people that can stop you is another dude with a different flag on his shoulder that cares enough about what your doing to die to stop it.

If you don't have a flag on your shoulder a false one in your hip pocket will suffice.

How long is it going to be before the US contracts for paying the mercs and with eastern European weapons suppliers see the light of day? It's coming out and it's not going to be pretty when the dummycrat and republithug faithful say "Huh?"

The funny part will be the pressitutes trying to make it President Trump's fault.
