For all the new shooters there is a ton of self assessment that can be done from video:
1) Is the weak hand index finger under the trigger guard or in front of it?
2) Is the weak hand against the gun or the strong hand thumb.
3) How close to eye level is the reload completed?
4) Is the reload done in the middle of the face box?
5) Is there wasted motion in the reload motion?
6) Does the shooter lean away from the gun on the draw?
7) How long is the gun up on the drawstroke before the shot is taken?
