When I was on Chantix it got to the point where thinking about smoking made feel not so hot, and actually consuming any sort of nicotine made me feel downright sick... Its pretty potent, but the nausea when I took it w/out eating, and the cost made me drop it and fall back off the bandwagon.

I smoked for 25+ years. Roll yer own, store bought, regular, menthol, pipes, cigars, all of it. Mostly non filtered roll yer owns, cause it was cheap I could smoke more. About 3 years ago I quit. Haven't had one since. But I like nicotine.

So I went back to full time smokeless. From the time I got up, to when I wwent to bed if food wasn't in my mouth, snuff was. Copenhagen and Grizzly longcut straight. Got the teeth stains and bad gums. Had a dentist appointment and they mentioned some bone loss from the gum issue. This weighed on me.

Bout 2 weeks or so ago I grabbed a Mark Ten cig a like to try. Wasn't bad but wasn't enough, didn't last. So I went and grabbed an Ego starter kit with ce4 clearomizer. Much better. I got all the pleasure of smoking, and I did LOVE to smoke, it was very pleasurable just in itself, but I got the nicotine I wanted also. Went back and got a Nautilis mini and backup battery. That is wonderful. Goood vaper amount, great flavor. I also like that I can have 24mg nicotine or lower depending on what I want at the time.

Also to keep cost down I got cotton, picked up a spool of 30ga kanthal wire and learned to rebuild my own heads, less than 4.00 for a bottle of USP Glycerin to dilute the stronger juices when I want and make my own and have 1 gal of USP Propylene Glycol comin in. Most store juices are 80/20 pg/vg. Just need some flavors and nic juice.

So 120 ml of 100mg for $23 + 6oz glycerin for $4 + 1 gal PG for $22. Roughly $49 and flavors and I can vape all I want for a loooooong time. Beats 7.99 for 10-15ml in the stores.

Even without nicotine, I love smoking and this is a great way I have found to enjoy it, my lungs/wind is great, my gums feel better and the stains are coming off my teeth.

Next I'm looking to pick up a Istick 50w variable voltage variable wattage device and a rebuildable tank atomizer of some kind.

Damn, I found another hobby, lol.

In an effort to avoid going back to a higher nicotine level, I tried some new juices at my local store today. I found something called "Asian Tobacco" that tasted really good at zero nicotine. At 12mg it is amazing. However, it is a blend that is only custom made at this particular store. If anyone local is interested, the store is "Vaporthis" on Main Street in Beech Grove. If all goes as planned, getting myself down to zero nicotine should only be a matter of time.

Good luck, being smoke free is good stuff.

Been doing the yuppy vape thing now for over a year , a lot cheaper then cigs and don't cough and hack anymore sinuses are clear now... Its great and I haven't gained any weight, but I don't want to quit smoking just don't want to smoke cigs anymore.... I smoke regular Tabaco flavor not that apple pie or cherry cheese cake crap... Just plain ol' Tabaco flavor because I like to smoke... But if you wanted to it would be a lot easier on the vape deal cause you can cut your nicotine down a little at a time and then just quit.

If you ever want to try another tobacco flavor, World of Vapor on Washington street has one called KY Premium.

If you're a vaping fan and want to keep on indulging in it you might want to let some republicans know that you don't want the e-cigs regulated here in Indiana. They're planning on regulating them (probably right out of business, given their smoking stances) and no-one seems to care. Well, no-one but the Libertarian Party, anyway. You might want to get on the horn and tell the legislators to back off.
