What are you cooking for Thanksgiving?

My main turkey effort goes on in an hour. Also doing pork ribs. Fortunately both at 275. Never done pork ribs. Wish me luck

I think the Turkey I made was the best one yet. I used the convection fan, and the skin was very crispy. Took it out at 161F, and it was fully cooked, but very tender.
