Glock, for the reason GTM stated. And, Jesus was apparently a pretty ordinary looking dude, and glocks, well lets face it they're not attractive. So, both Jesus and glocks are flawless in function and not the prettiest face on the block. So... Jesus would carry a glock.

Of course, Peter carried a sword, which was the M4 of it's day, but then Peter wasn't flawless either, much like an M4 isn't!

However let's be honest, he was a Jew. If he did carry it would likely be something from IMI, possibly a Jericho or Desert Eagle. Maybe even an UZI. He would probably carry with an empty chamber and most of INGO would cruci... err "flame" him for it.
