I have a Winchester model 1890 deluxe, half nickel, in .22 short, made in 1917. I also have a Remington model 12, actually a pre model 12, made in early 1912. Both rifles are in very good condition. I also have a Savage model 25, made in 1927. Love those old pump .22s.

I have a savage model 3a with no serial number. Found it in a house my dad bought when I was a kid. It was wrapped up in trash bags and stuck in a chimney. We found it when tearing down the house.

I am a .22LR long gun nut. I have several.

Don't know which is older, but I have a Harrington & Richardson 865 bolt-action (first .22 I ever owned); and an original Remington 40X Sporter, also bolt action. Both are old, but in excellent condition. And both are (these days) pretty rare.

Mine is my great-grandfather's Savage. It's very similar to the 1903 Model, but it's a semi-automatic. I cannot, for the life of me, recall what the model number is. To be truthful....I don't even know where the gun is. Whoops. Should be about 100 years old now. Before I moved I took out the hammer and mounted it on my wall.

Just recently I learned my grandfather wrote a suicide note, took the gun, and left the house for several days some time in the 1960's. Nothing ended up happening. But it did make me look at the gun in a different light.

Mossberg Model 46-B bolt action .22 rifle with a Mossberg No. M4c 4X scope. It has no serial number, I have no idea it's exact age. I know it was made between 1937 and 1949. It is missing the front sight and the screw hole appears damaged. I have no idea if it shoots or not. The scope is fogged over with little visibility. My Dad gave it to me, so I would like to see if it shoots someday.

Couple years ago, wandered into a small shop in Rensalear (check spelling). An outbound patron was commenting about a military trainer he wanted to think about. I wandered around, eventually came across the trainer (not usually in my wheelhouse). Picked it up, it said Anschutz, then I saw model 54. Owner let me snap the trigger, it was a 2-stage, and suddenly it was going into the trunk of the car. Go figure. Prints nice little groups with the pointed front and notch rear, and a joy to shoot offhand.

I have a 46B too and love it. It came with rear peep sight but was already drilled and tapped for a scope, so I put a Vortex Crossfire on it.

I have a late 40's Marlin 80DL my wife got in an auction for $100. It still groups nicely at 25 yards. I'm looking for an 81DL to make it a pair.
