What's going on at Henry?

Well, progress!
There are now 2 Henry Big Boy steel .327's listed for sale on GunBroker.
One would think this would be good news, but...

I called Henry customer service AGAIN today when I saw the GunBroker ads.

Guess what I was told.
"We've experienced some productions issues, but are back on track, and should start shipping in the next couple of weeks".
I told him I just saw 2 listed on GunBroker.
The customer service rep told me, "I don't know how they can do that. We haven't started shipping them yet."

I contacted one of the vendors and he told me they received it yesterday.
But Henry hasn't started shipping yet...

They've got more than just production problems at Henry.
They also have a pretty substantial communications issue.

I have ANOTHER email in to Mr. Imperato requesting information abut ship dates.
I was promised by him that they would drop ship my rifle to my FFL, but he hasn't heard a word.

There are a couple of guys over on the lever guns forum that say they have picked theirs up from their local FFL's so evidently they are being shipped.
I just haven't seen mine yet...

Well, I am waiting and know that in my past experience, Indiana is among the last to get the new stuff.

Received an email from Mr. Imperato today.
He gave me an email address for the customer service rep that is going to assist my FFL obtain my rifle.
He also said they are just now beginning to ship.
Hopefully in the next few days or so...
