See, that's a mistake! If you're going to do this knife thing right, you have to run at Brad with cash in your hands shouting "TAKE MY MONEY!"
He's only going to take what you will owe him. He's very fair!
Think Medford, man.
It's the kind of knife that you need if you're attacked by a Buick and you need to dismantle it.
I was on the phone to our enabler as I read this. G-10 will be in the mail 1st thing.
And I now hate all of you.
I THINK that I may be getting a Bawidamann Huginn for my upcoming birthday....
And I'd like a Microtech LUDT, too.
It pains me to admit this, but rhino is right about Medford knives.
They are simply wonderful.

Not that I doubt either of you on this one but that is a crap load of money for a knife (in my N00b new to this world opinion) and I want to fondle one of those brutes before I lay out that kind of money.
If you promise to be mean to it, I’ll loan you mine? Not that I doubt either of you on this one but that is a crap load of money for a knife (in my new to this world opinion) and I want to fondle one of those brutes before I lay out that kind of money.

FULL DISCLOSURE: I do not now nor have I ever owned a Medford knife.
They are, however, very impressive tools. I prefer knives with significantly thinner blades for maximum slicey-ness, though.
Welcome to the world of high end knives my friend. Where Dean Crail is King, Rhino is court jester and Brad is the guy who runs things in the shadows quietly encouraging our addiction.
An Old one, more your age, the new ones are plastic, and you can us a Spyderco on them.So I would have to attack a Buick...???

Last 6 that I saw sell went for $5200. Supers don't garner as much I guess. I'm waiting on my Custom Axe to hit $4K, it might be gone then.
Yeah Supers are not as desirable as they were not the "SEAL Team 6 Knife", I have had both in my hands and like the Super 6 better so the size difference is not a big deal for me. Still chaps my ass to this day that I only missed the Super 6 by 4 people in the 2015 lottery (though I am still thrilled with my Super Roadhouse)
(Mostly because this thread needs some knife porn, Emerson Custom Super Roadhouse the first with the "new" logo)
