I generally like the idea of running, but don’t lie to run.
My wife and I run a 5k every spring and fall for the last 3-4 years. Lasts falls time was around 42 minutes and some change. I just ran last week and am down to 33 minutes.
I am actually starting to enjoy running- kind of crazy...

That is how it works! Keep doing it more...like it more. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, have a growth mentality about it, and don't compare yourself to others. You can Corona-proof yourself to a great degree, without ever getting "good."
