Fists are weapons of war too. They could take those knives and cut off people's hands and then knives and fists wouldn't be such a problem anymore.

We have some firearms that are regulated as "weapons of war" in the law over here, but I never heard knives call that.

There's no need to carry a knife for protection when you have an armed security detail and armed police officers in front of your office and home.

More than 90% of British comes are unarmed when they answer emergency calls for the general public or patrol the streets.

But 100% of the cops are armed when it comes to protecting government buildings and politicans homes.
