    In the Frontline program, it was shown that the Governor did look into the case and that he knew there was some question about the validity of the arson evidence.

    To the degree that's true, then Mr. Perry has a lot to think about.

    From the evidence that has been put out there, the prosecutor , on the other hand, ought to be considered for a murder charge.

    In my opinion - we're concentrating on a secondary figure in the case while the main perp is still sitting in the room with a big grin on his face. Does Perry deserve critique due to his role in this case and desire to become President? Sure. But let's not forget where the real concern should be , in our zeal to out "the evil Republicans".
