I know you feel like you shouldn't say... but to be fair, the general public should have a chance to weigh consequences of attending a show where promoters opt to let this kind of incident go unchecked. (Even if you respond in PM only to the folks that asked.)
Yep. It's poor form to not disclose the name of the show, but I understand why you're doing so. The fact remains that a promoter decided to put money ahead of the safety of the show's occupants, and THAT is not a show that I want to attend.
A quick Google search will find the show, if anyone cares to look.

Frankly, if he were talking to me that is the point at which it would have become a "put up or shut up" moment for him, as I would have shot him unless he ran.
