Yep......seen'em....No idea, but you can see the victim's body jerk from the rounds entering his body, as it's on the ground. The span is quite lengthy. Of you look closely you can see the ricochets off the ground.

In Illinois 2nd degree murder is always a lesser included. Look at the burden shifting language and the fact that the state has to prove the elements of first-degree to get a conviction for first or 2nd degree.I read it, it is not much different than here.
