Too late, this country has NEVER been more divided. We need to stand strong as a nation and not let this event (and the ones we know are forthcoming) divide us. This is what the shooter wants and we cannot allow it to happen.

I've seen a lot worse than this video, that looks like it was filmed with a low resolution potato.
You must not know about LiveLeak.
Yeah, if its in the Sun, chances are there'll be a retraction or "clarification."
Granted, even if that version is closer to accurate, it still isn't bad in terms of DGU.
Something happened at the Linwood mosque that didn't happen at the earlier one. Kinda like Flight 93. Fighting back, even if not totally successful, is better than not.

Yes, in modern times. I guess I needed to preface that.I'm pretty sure it was more divided during the Civil War.
To echo jamil (not his real name), the 60s were more divided by almost any measure I can think of. But, there was an easily discernible focus for that division: Vietnam (including the draft). Now, there may have been other issues caught up, or ignored, in favor of focusing on that, but that was pretty much the fault line.
Now, I don't know that there is any one fault line. Rather, a multitude of fissures.
In that respect, the current divisions might be "worse" than the 60s.

Maybe in modern times, though the 60s were pretty divided. I mean, ain't nobody bombing stuff right and left. But I'd say the nation was WAY more divided during and the time leading up to the Civil War.
Exactly. If they want the country back together (they dont), then all they have to do is stop ****ting on the constitutional rights of all citizens.Maybe, if we’re nice, really persuasive, to the people who want to take our rights away because of the evil deeds of others, maybe, just maybe someday they will come around to our point of view. Note: purple text optional.
I do think that, though the "amount" of division can certainly be debated (though not actually quantified), the fact is that our country is divided in a way that has never been experienced.
Watched it.
Too bad somebody didn't have a gun and shoot the jerk.
That's about my only take away from it.
After watching the WTC fall, lesser toll videos just don't have the shock effect.
Too late. This NZ thing is an obvious example of trying to foment division to the extreme but by no means is this monster the only one trying to create division to a certain extent. (media included) They cannot be allowed to succeed. Ever.
Christians are slaughtered by Muslims in other countries and nobody cares.
Some crazies knock down the WTC and kill over 3000 and what happens?
They get into congress.
