Yeah. It's a done deal. It's even being reported that half of the donations collected for Trump's legal fund to fight "cheating" actually go to pay off campaign dept. If that's true it doesn't look to me like Trump himself actually believes he'll win.

I think it's fine to let the lawsuits play out and see where it goes. It smells like there were some shenanigans. Enough to swing the election? That's gonna be hard to prove. Just realize that if you're donating money to him to help with the cost of the lawsuits, you're also paying off his campaign debt.

Reported is a pretty vague statement. Reported by who?

for all intents and purposes, it's over. You'd be better to focus on winning Georgia so Biden will be forced to "Executive Order" his agenda. In that scenario, the courts (who've been recently overhauled with conservative judges) should be able to block what will likely be mostly unconstitutional power grabs.

If the Democrats take Georgia, it's basically over for two party rule. They'll add 2 new democratic leaning states in Puerto Rica and Washington DC, and add several judges to the SC, and probably abolish the electoral college.

This lawyer explains lawyer stuff to non-lawyerly people (like me!).

He covers the legal basis behind the various lawsuits, and what the results have been from each. He goes pretty in-depth into the PA suits specifically, and helped me to understand a bit more about what to expect from the various cases that are moving forward.

    Definitely worth a watch.

Legal Eagle? You picked the furthest left lawyer on Youtube to get an explanation? Did you hear his nonsense on Russiagate? He turned out to be wrong on just about everything.

I found his video informative and entertaining. I think he's easy to watch, and makes the topic interesting enough to sit through details that would otherwise slip past me.

Yeah, he's left-leaning. Take what he says with a critical ear...it's a good idea with everything these days. I posted this video because he touches on suits all the way up to yesterday, and it serves a pretty good overview of what has happened in court so far.

You are welcome to post up your favorite legal explainer, you know, and I will be glad to watch so I can compare and contrast for myself.

ETA: My brother in law turned me onto that channel, he's a lawyer in Florida and says this guy knows his stuff. I'm just a dumb mechanic asking for someone to explain legal stuff to me like I'm five.

This guy has been debunked countless times.

He has very polished videos, but he is horrifically misleading. If you want someone who actually understands the law, I'd recommend Viva Frei. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzGiDDKdphJ0GFvEd82WfYQ/videos

He brings on other lawyers to debate the law and bring a greater understanding to the audience, outside of his scope of knowledge.

I was hoping Nate the Lawyer would do a video on it himself. But he seems kinda stuck on doing Breonna Taylor videos.

I subscribed on my political account.

I may be missing it, but I'm not seeing a video addressing the election lawsuits?

ETA: okay, I think i get how he does his stuff. Each case seems to get his own video. I'll see how far I get with some of these.

I have been kind of hoping Nate the Lawyer would do this kind of video. I have not seen one pop up yet.

I find I have a pretty short attention span when lawyers start talking, so I appreciate the abbreviated and to-the-point format.
