      OWB Holster Option for Glock 30sf

      Safariland 6378 ALS paddle holster. Really like mine. Close enough for me. BUT, harder to conceal because it tends to ride lower than what I'm used to (Bianchi Carylok for G19). Love the ALS retention system. Suede lined, so no harm to finish.

      Rock Island 1911

      One of my friends has one that's full size. He took it apart, and cleaned up/smoothed/polished everything and re-lubed.....he has had no problems. Sounds like it's whether or not you want to do a few mods to slick it up to CCW reliability.

      Gotta love supply and demand economics. People who do not have what they need before all this happened now have to pay huge bucks. Best to wait till everything calms down and then buy. May take a long time, but, it depends on future shooting crimes plus the upcoming 2014 election. This...

      Glock 30SF - Love it. I would look at the new G30S to compare before I would buy.

      Glock Break in??

      No break-in needed for the G. However, when first purchased, I cycle my G's by firing whatever ammo I'm going to be carrying through all the magazines just to make sure everything is GTG. So far no problems. Once the G is GTG functionally, the only break-in is for the shooter to gain comfort...

      Best Gun Oil

      Hoppes 9 - Used for years w/o any problems. I also use Hoppes powder solvent. The smell isn't bad either.

      Gun Safe - Film on Outside

      Not sure if same thing, but I've seen metal react that way when placed directly against concrete. If directly against concrete, need to put down barrier such as stall mat, pucks, etc...
