      Indoor vs. Outdoor Gun Cleaning

      I have always cleaned indoors. But I do clean where there is no food handling or consumed and I do wear gloves. Don't forget that guns mean lead and lead is bad. And yes Hoppe's is not a widely accepted smell by all spouses. No points scored here.

      I'm with you. I've collected for years and whenever I pick up a new find the first thing I do is take it for a test drive to make sure it shoots good. Then I disassemble and deep clean. One of my favorite past times.
