      Considering the FBI NICS website states the following - "The NICS Section’s Appeal Services Team is currently processing appeal cases received in June 2015 and Voluntary Appeal File (VAF) cases received in January 2015." I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that UPIN

      I am in the same exact situation, ever since they have moved to the "new" NICS system I have been delayed. Before I would go to the 2nd examiner and get an immediate proceed, now a delay with a resolution in a couple days...

      When you say that it took 30ish minutes, do you mean it was 30 minutes after the delay to get a proceed or it took 30 minutes after fillin out the 4473 to get a delay? Thanks!

I have bought a lot of firearms the last 15 years and always been given the proceed, i do go to a second examiner but within 10 seconds of getting to that point I always get a proceed.
