WTB: 1875 Remington repro in .38/357....or....1858 Remington conversion in .38 Spl?

I've been looking for the above for a while. In addition to cash, I have some firearms I'd be interested in trading up or down for. let me know. looking for functional, some wear is aok. Thanks!

      .22LR Handguns?

My gsg 1911 and RIA tactical are so very similar. I plan on getting the same grips on both. I let a S&W 422 off to a friend to get the GSG just so I would have the 1911 platform. Shoot several mags of .22, one of .45....... repeat scenario.

      CZ-75

Source on those 289 CZ75 Czech police guns? I think it's either this or a BHP. That is lovely.

      Hello from Indianapolis

Greetings all! been a member for over a year but I have never checked in. Names Todd, I'm from Indianapolis. I consider myself a longtime firearms enthusiast. I like single action autos and apparently, abused old firearms as well. I am a American Red Cross First Aid CPR instructor, work in...

      Tactical 4 way spinner??

I'm more thinking about a pry bar end, some sort of integral blade with protector, certainly forged steel. More of a demolition tool feel. I dont I'm thinking of a thrown weapon, even the shiruken were more of a distracting tool than a true "deadly weapon" from what I have read. Plus why would...

I Fell in love today!!! CZ-75

After seeing this, It's complicating my "m9 or hi power" thought process. I have to hold one of those things.

      Finally got a Remington 7615P

I really wanted one of those several years ago. I got a dirt cheap AR, so it's impossible to justify buying one...but I'm trying! I cant wait for a 100y report.

My newly Duracoated AR15, Swiss Army cammo pak

I dig the alpenflage pattern. and I really think a CZ pistol or similar in same would be a great accompaniment. I do think that having a bottle opener and corkscrew hidden in the gripwell or on a bayo and mount would start....or end---a lot of conversation. It's unique.

      AR with NO safety???

I sort of "inherited" an Olympic Arms AR 15 from a neighbor whose alcohol use permanently prevents him from owning firearms. I suspect that his complete removal of the safety mechanisim (really, I can see straight through the hole in the lower receiver where it should be) is a result of...

      Crap, I wasn't prepared for this one. ~Part 2~

Congrats. As my dad always said, "no man is complete till he is married......then he's finished." but seriously, all the happiness you two can stand

      Whiskey Guys

I like the Conner Creek Bourbon. I also like the Indiana "Redemption" High Rye- cause really, who couldn't use a shot of redemption over the holidays? I have more experience with bourbon than any other type of whisk(e)y. If I'm mixing, it can be cheap. I don't care. I really like Rye...

      In 2012 I resolve to _______

Finish the house remodel and get way more trigger time in!

      FINALLY! Real reactive zombie targets!

There is a manufacturer of similar I ran across in Shotgun News that offer them in "nazi zombie" and "North Korean soldier zombie". Not my thing, but I do understand the draw. Supposedly they can quite a few rounds.

      IS THE .22 RIFLE KING?

If things got so bad I had to trade or sell firearms off-my 1929 remington hammerless slide action would be the last gun gone. 95% of every thing I need a firearm for could be solved with a decent .22LR.

      Making knife from old file

Just hot enough to do the job. I have made horn scraping tools from old files and you can overheat them quickly.

      Balisong/butterfly knives

I enjoyed them as a young man, but rarely carry them. I had a very nice one that was illegally confiscated by a New York State law enforcement agency, No charges, no crime but I was told flat out I was never getting the knife back.....

      Making knife from old file

I have done some blacksmithing, maybe I can help. What you need after forging is generally to cool it as slow as possible. A large container of used fireplace ash is generally good. After cooling (24 hours) I know one blacksmith that throws his blades into a gas oven and heats them to 450...
