It's very ironic that this was brought back to life, as my wife (who had 1 miscarriage already that I posted about) is currently being prepped for surgery after we learned of miscarriage #2 yesterday. She was scheduled for a normal ultrasound and we thought all was good, until they couldn't...
Just an update... we ended up with a CM9 from Point Blank in Greenwood. No chance to shoot yet, but can't wait to break it in. What a great sized little gun but still solid feeling.
Late to the party, but the Ruger didn't get much love. I picked mine up for $580 and couldn't be happier. It goes bang when I pull the tigger... only 100 rounds through it, but not one hiccup. I'd trust my life with it, but it's primarily for fun and a daggum coyote.
Thanks for the reply! Our guy Joe was carrying a CM and he held it against the CW for us to see the size difference. With it going in a purse, definitely want the CM. Its funny you mention the slide... out of all the 9mm she tried on, she could rack and release the slide lock best on the...
Glad I ran into those thread. My wife and I visited Point Blank in Carmel last night and had a nice conversation with Joe, who let her handle and dry fire all sorts of different pistols. She liked the Sig 9mm (can't remember the number) the best, but it's a $700 gun. She theneeds got the CW9...
I'll have to look into it more than, but the manual stated motion sensors were not active in home mode. Can you tell me how to change that or direct me to a link?
The negative of the motion sensors is that they are not active while in Home mode. This let's you freely move about your home with the system aremed, but doesn't cover you if somebody enters at night. This is why I believe glass break sensors in addition are a good idea.
+1 for these guys. I called around and they had the best price on a M&P15 sport ($599), so I went in. They ended up having a good deal on a Ruger AR 556 ($580) and 30 round PMAGS for $10. Best part of the deal? Buy a gun in December and get free range time in January. Will be using it for...
We just installed Simplisafe in our new home. Easy set up. $15 a month for monitoring. Can get expensive if you havery a lot of windows and put sensors on all. You can. Get a glass break sensor to cover multiple however.
