      Traveling to Arizona

I've been trying to do my research but I'm a bit confused. I'm flying commercially to AZ and I've done my research on transporting my firearm in checked baggage and declaring it. Has anyone ever had any issues doing this? Also, the part that I can't quite figure out is reciprocity of my...

      Duty to Inform

This is how it applies. And I agree, I didn't read it thoroughly enough. I'm kind of running around at work right now. But regardless, I guess now I can't figure out if my passenger could've remained unidentified...

Indiana has a stop and identify statute. IC 34-28-5-3.5 Refusal to identify self Sec. 3.5. A person who knowingly or intentionally refuses to provide either the person's: (1) name, address, and date of birth; or (2) driver's license, if in the person's possession; to a law...

      Duty to Inform

Here's my take on all of this. I have no problem informing the officer I have a firearm. If I was really out to cause harm to him why would I tell him I have a firearm? The fact that I was courteous enough to inform him I am carrying should have ended it all. The same goes for gun control...

Well, he's a bit... shattered over the incident. :): Estate sale is this weekend at your nearest club. All his "relatives" will be there. My buddy has an 870 and it was pretty fun and easy to shoot. I'm not to worried about using a pump. I think adds a bit more of a challenge, and I like...

It definitely could have been. But I believe it brought a rather important issue in to the light.

So, I went Clay shooting for the first time...

So, this past weekend I went skeet shooting for the first time. And I must say, I ABSOLUTELY FREAKING LOVED IT. :hooked: So, now I've decided that the next gun I'm going to buy is going to be a shotgun. What would you guys recommend for a beginner like myself? I want a pump and something that...

      What rights do I have?

 I think these cover it pretty well. Indiana Code IC 35-41-3-2 & IC 35-41-3-3 IC 35-41-3-2 Use of force to protect person or property Sec. 2. (a) A person is justified in using reasonable force against another person to protect the person or a third person from what the person...

Ha. Definitely not. Unless I'm up for causing some more trouble. :rockwoot:;) EDIT to add: And as for the whole "threatening" situation, the kids were yelling expletives at us and we replied with a few F$#^ you's and some fingers. Guess they were a little butt-hurt.
