So by reading this, do they charge a membership to be a customer? Or do you have to go in with a member to shop? That's how I read it. Maybe I'm wrong. Don't really care just curious as I am a smoker. So it doesn't bother me.
I think it is going to depend on what their gooberment decides on as far as their local ordinances. Or which person or neighbor lined which politicians pockets. I like Bob and hate seeing this but it is what it is. I believe every county or whatever has different rules and laws so it will end up...
Saw this story about Bob and Deb Cheek's range. I think it's BS. Not sure what the laws and ordinances are there but sounds to me like a witch hunt by the neighbors. I admire them personally for finding away around it after they got shut down to build a public range.
Is it legal? Gun range...
I really enjoyed talking to you. Stop by anytime to bs. The Nambu has a great home next to the others I showed you. I need that Remington Rand though. LOL I know you won't let that go. I need a better way to display them all. Love that history and glad I can preserve it. Hopefully you can get...
Maybe he already has. It may come out that saints & sinners has come back as churchmouse. He has contributed, laid low, been a positive influence and infiltrated the ranks of the mods to eventually rule over INGO as revenge for his permanent bannings. LOL. I kid of course.
From what I read and the video it was a property the company he worked for was contracted to provide security. I don't know the whole story but I get the impression they just used it as a reason to fire him after they asked if the ar15 was in his vehicle on company property and he decided to...
That makes sense now. Someone jacked a ups, fedex or other carrier I assume. That sucks. I really wish they would give dealers access to a stolen gun database. We have bought stolen guns before because we had no way of knowing. Chances are these guns will end up on the streets.
I'm sure there is more to the story. If I owned this company and an employee had a negligent discharge, I would look at how good of an employee he was and if he was a good one, send him to training, write him up and move on. If he is a problem child then thank him for giving you the reason to...
What I get from the end result of this case, is that it ended up being more about the employer's right to fire someone for any reason as long as it's not race, gender, or creed related. The ar15 in the trunk and the negligent discharge may have been the basis for the firing but it did not matter...
I went through part of the older thread and can't see that there was an outcome. Anyone know if it was settled? Maybe S&S can come on with a new user name and update and get banned again. LOL
