      I need help with "value"

      High powered AR10???

      Is anyone running a different upper on their AR10? I recently bought a KAK Magnum upper in 300wsm. My question is should I run a heavier recoil spring and buffer? I have a standard dpms 308 rifle spring and buffer in it. Any thoughts?

      I need an 870 expert

      My local pawnshop has an 870 Magnum on the wall. It is blued, has a chrome bolt, and a steel receiver. My question is, is this a wingmaster? It is stamped 870 magnum, but I thought that the steel receiver makes it a wingmaster, if not what is the difference?

      Anybody hunting with a handgun?

      I've been "trying to use my T/C Encore with a 15inch .500S&W barrel on it and I am done. I took three shots today and had three misses, the last one at a nice buck about ten yds! Of course I was shacking so much I thought I was dancing!

      Can somebody please help me with this? If I find a dead buck, I'm talking bones, do I need to use my buck tag to take the skull? Say I want to enter it in the state record, does that change anything?
