Do the Electronic Finger Prints!!
If it's an option for you do the electronic finger printing!!
I didn't do that. Figured after reading their site, it wouldn't save much just cost extra. Afterward, I read some things here and learned different. I applied for my Lifetime in Marion County on...
:noway:
Careful with these. I had one that after about 6 months it was so loose, you could open it with a screwdriver.
I ended up replacing it with a small single gun safe I picked up at Bradis for $22. I've now got oen larger safe for long term storage and 2 of these smaller ones for...
I work in Shelbyville and have lunch sometimes at Indiana Live Casino. They've got No Gun (or possibly says weapons) signs at the entrance there, along with security inside the door.

I could be wrong, I've misread stuff before.
From: Firearms Permits
"Permit applications must be typed, filled in completely, and notarized. All previous criminal convictions must be disclosed on the application; failure to do so will result in denial of the permit. (See Permit Fee Schedule...
I don't want to get too far off topic here but, since it's been on my mind...
How about this one. From the kids section. 2b doesn't say the adult has to have a permit. So does this mean I can give my firearm to my daughter and take her (with the firearm) to the range, and she can shoot it (but...
Well, that's what it says, unless shooting doesn't include carrying on the person's body.
"a person shall not carry a handgun in any vehicle or on or about the person's body, except in the person's dwelling, on the person's property or fixed place of business, without a license issued under...
At least in Indianapolis, L1 and the on-line application are 2 seperate things.
It was stated in the Marion County info that the application had to be typed. So, 2 chioces, go get the forn and take it someplace to be typed or filling in the on-line application. When I went to the Cict County...
The way the law reads, you even need the LTCH to shoot someone elses gun at the range. It does say you have to have the license in your posession to have a handgun in your posession.
Stupid.

Hey Norsk, I think you done good. :yesway:
I've not been through any formal handgun training, but taken enough and taught enough martial arts to think you handled yourself well.
You saw a possible threat approach, you didn't hesitate to take some precaution. You stepped back and turned your...
Yup, money is insured. No threat, no reaction for me. Don't know when you could change the circumstances. Only my opinion though.
My wife was a tell years ago when 4 guys ran in wearing ski masks. 1 held a gun in a tellers face while the other 4 ran through and filled duffle bags. No harm...
I had a Taurus PT100 that I ended up selling several years ago. :wallbash:
Put lots thousands of rounds through it over about 4 or 5 years. Only problem I had was a broken locking block. Sent it back to Taurus and they replaced the locking block and barrel free of charge.
Now that I'm...
Good for all of you.
I just bought a new BB gun to start my girls out on (11 and 8). I'd sold my stuff when they were born and haven't had guns in the house while they were younger. I figure now it's time for me to get back into it, and for them to start learning some gun safety.
I always...
I've been approached a few times at that same intersection (465 & 37 south side). I live a mile south, so I stop of Flying J a lot. I've probably been approached like that 4 or 5 times. Helped out someone once or twice with $5 tops, just to make me feel better I guess.
There was one time I...
