      Looks like you have a roll pin missing or broken off. On my 229 the end of that spring is held under a roll pin that comes in from the left side. I'll see if I can post a pic for you.

      WST or WSF anyone try some?

      I use WST in 9mm with a 147gr MGB in my X-5 for a USPSA production class load. It is very accurate and soft shooting. Not the cleanest powder I have ever used but not the dirtiest either. Works for me. Chris
