I went outside and took a peak and I am guessing 10 or 12.....with balloons.

Are you certain they were balloons and not the heads of other demonstrators? With some folks it can be confusing and distinguishing between the two difficult.

That was considered but as I was there representing Ingo at the 1500 I thought better of getting involved.

I talked to one of my coworkers that is monitoring the "protest." He said there are 12 "protesters", 6 representing each side. But they aren't protesting, just standing around.

I drove by the fairgrounds at 1300. No protesters, but they had been there, they definitely left their mark. Lots of trash where they were standing. Methinks that equals two temporary ugly marks. Both an eyesore, but fairly trivial and ultimately resolvable.

All the trash was paper cups from the Marathon that came through earlier. There was a hydration station at the entrance and runners just dropped their cups. Usually the station managers police the area but in the manner of the neighborhood they just walked away from the trash. Pretty ****ty.

Just wish someone would actually prosecute them for their crimes, but unfortunately, i dont see that happening anytime soon.
