Get yourself a Class 3 licence then you can have the real deal.
I wouldnt go out with nothing else than that in some bad areas.

I would like to get in on the open stroller carry but I don't have a child. I hear the current wait is 9 months. Does anybody know if L1 Solutions can expedite it?

I've been told the first one can come anytime. After that it takes 9 months.

You don't have to carry your stroller with a baby in the chamber....er, seat, but lots of people will tell you that you might as well be carrying a brick.
