    There's a lot of room for interpretation. Who is to say I am qualified to determine this? A piece of paper doesn't enforce this claim. When I buy and sell firearms it involves two things: gun and money. If I am asked to sign something I am going to ask to meet at a firearm store for the transaction.

    The only piece for paper that fully exonerates the seller in a firearms sale is a 4473.
