I’ve officially worn out my second pair of Danner Lookouts, but I still could not bring myself to drop $340 on USA Danners.

Ordered a pair of Merrell MOAB patrol boots today.

They are as boot like as many things pictured in this thread.

I like Wolverine Planesman boots also, I saw the 1000 miler listed earlier. Both solid boots but not pull on.

Going on two years now with my Keen boots.
They were more expensive, but they have been dry and comfortable.
Wear them every day for work, except when the customer is in.
I was so happy with them, I ended up getting a pair of their composite toe shoes for the customer visits.

I was going to recommend Keen too.

I don't wear their boots, prefer the low tops. On my third pair in a row. Pair #2 had a couple pieces of the sole peeling off when only a couple months old. I sent a couple pics of the defect to their customer service. Within 10 minutes, they had sent me a $140 credit to their online store to buy replacements.

And I didn't have to send back the defective pair. Put some Gorilla Glue on the peeling areas it seems to be holding up OK. Those are now my yard work shoes.

    I like keen boots
When I find something That actually fits without pain they usually quit making it within a year.
    Keen hasn't....yet.
I'll keep buying them until they do
