Since I must have missed it, and 36 pages is a lot to search through... What steel are they using for the stainless knives? And are all options going to be available?

440C stainless and I am not sure what you mean by " all options available"
The stainless is only offered in the Izula and the 4 models. The option with the 4 will be with either the micarta or the orange G10 handles.
I hope this answers your questions.

440c stainless steel. Looks like the Izula and the 4 will be available. I'm not sure what you mean by options but if you're talking handles and sheaths, yes they will work with SS models according to their website and catalog.

Thanks, you answered my question! A stainless izula will be on my to buy list.

A 5 would be too but doesn't look like they are gonna make them in stainless, might have to look at the 4.

They would have to use something better than 440c to really interest me. The 1095's hold a great edge and don't rust if you actually USE them.

Unfortunately this knife missed my recent dispersed camping trip, but it came in handy for my lunch today.

Just picked-up my first ESSE this past weekend at the Indy 1500 (ESEE-4). I love it!

I've got the MOLLE configured for a chest rig, downward-pull. Pretty sweet!

Those look cool. I have been a collector for a while and sometimes come across some deals I pass onto friends and fellow forum members. I need to check these out.
