Can she get you fired from her job?
Start recording conversations, emails with her. Do whatever you have to do to protect yourself. If she is willing to try and ruin you because she does not like guns you may be forced to take legal action.

Though I'm curious as to why a friend would have possession of your firearm, it's none of my business. Similarly, sisters don't need to know everything that happens in your life.
